From start to finish, their care, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. Brock, in particular, was incredibly empathetic, patient, and understanding. He made us feel supported every step of the way and handled everything with such compassion and grace. One of the most meaningful moments for our family was the presence of the Patriot Guard, who came to honor my dad for his service as a veteran. It was a powerful and unforgettable tribute, and we are so grateful that Ramsey helped make that possible. They honored our dad—our Pepaw—beautifully, and took such good care of our entire family. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
